The Space Cowboy: A New Industrial Workforce

Who will build the next industrial era in space? At Space House during SXSW 2026, leaders in the space workforce took on that question. The panel looked at the skills, training and pathways that bring new talent into the business of space, from the factory floor to the launch pad.

Ché Bolden, Board Chair of the Inter Astra Institute, joined the panel, moderated by Geoff Tudor of the Space Workforce Incubator for Texas. The Inter Astra Institute was a Space House sponsor.
